Lowara Genyo Guide: Which Model Should You Choose?

The Lowara Genyo is the best-selling press control. It's compact, robust, and universal (1" connections). But which version do you need?

1. Choose based on Power (Ampere)

• Genyo 8A: For standard domestic pumps up to 1.5 HP (1.1 kW). This is the basic model for villas and gardens.
• Genyo 16A: For powerful pumps up to 3.0 HP (2.2 kW). It has a reinforced electronic board to handle high currents.

2. Select the Start Pressure

The Genyo starts the pump when the pressure drops below a fixed threshold:

• F15 version (1.5 bar): Ideal for single-storey houses or gardens.
• Version F22 (2.2 bar): Ideal for two- or three-story homes. If the water column is high, a delayed start is required to prevent the pump from failing to start on the upper floors.
• Adjustable Version: Allows you to set the restart manually (from 1.5 to 3.0 bar).
