1. Does reverse osmosis remove all mineral salts?

Pure osmosis removes 95-99% of salts. However, modern home systems are equipped with a mixing valve (bypass) or a remineralizing post-filter. This allows you to adjust the hardness and flavor of the outgoing water to your taste, preventing it from being too flat or acidic.

2. How long does the carbonator's CO2 cylinder last?

A standard 600g disposable cylinder produces about 60-80 liters of sparkling water (depending on how carbonated you make it). A 2kg or 4kg refillable cylinder (if you have the space) can last for months. Changing the cylinder is a very simple DIY operation.

3. Do I need to drill a hole in the sink for the additional faucet?

Not necessarily. Kits often include an additional "swan neck" faucet that requires drilling an extra hole. If you don't want to drill a hole in your sink (e.g., if you have a marble or granite countertop), we recommend purchasing a 3-Way Mixer .
