Difference between Ecocirc "Base" and Ecocirc "N"

Aesthetically they look similar (same black head, same knob), but the application is different:

• Lowara Ecocirc (Base/Plus): Cast iron body. Suitable ONLY for radiators (closed circuit, technical waste water). If used on drinking water, it will rust immediately.
• Lowara Ecocirc N: Stainless steel body (silver/steel color). Never rusts. It is mandatory for domestic hot water (boiler recirculation) and recommended for critical underfloor heating systems.

Ecocirc N vs. Ecocirc PRO: Which should you use for your toilet?

Both are for drinking water, but the power varies:

• Choose Ecocirc PRO (the small brass ones) for apartments or villas with short recirculation loops.
• Choose Ecocirc N (these are made of steel) if you have a large villa, a B&B, or an apartment building . They have the same power as heating pumps (up to 6-8 meters of head) and can push hot water even over very long pipes.
