Returns for Replacement and Withdrawal

Our Policy

RETURN PERIOD: 

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: 

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

However, if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the error is caused by an error from our team, such as sending the wrong product, we commit to fully cover the return shipping costs.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid label for the return of the product, ensuring that the customer does not incur any additional costs.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Products must be returned in the following conditions: 

  • NEW: never used, and in perfect condition;

  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING: the original manufacturer's packaging must be kept in perfect condition. 

Upon return of the merchandise, we will conduct an inspection to verify the presence of all items in the order, the condition of each product, including the presence of all components and accessories. 

Once the conformity check is completed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer during the purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Contact our customer service at the email address administration@ar-store.it or through our CONTACT FORM to request a return authorization

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including any forms to fill out and the return shipping address. 

  • Once the return is received, we will inspect it and inform you via email of the acceptance or rejection of the return. 

NEGATIVE RETURN OUTCOME:

If the inspection of the returned material reveals at least one of the following situations, not clearly identifiable from the photos sent by the customer when opening the Return/Exchange request, the return will be rejected:

  • Used products or no longer in new condition and therefore no longer resalable as such (clear signs of use, dirt, wear, damage, etc.);
  • Missing one or more parts of the product, or its equipment;
  • Original packaging and manufacturer's protections absent or very damaged or not reusable.

In the presence of one or more of these conditions, the customer will be immediately notified of the rejection of the Return/Exchange due to lack of agreement requirements and the following remedies will be implemented:

  • Shipment at the customer's expense via our courier within a maximum of 60 days from the rejection notification of the Return/Exchange
  • Pick-up by the customer within a maximum of 60 days from the rejection notification of the Return/Exchange

UPDATES TO THE RETURN POLICY:

We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time. All changes will be published on our website.
