GEL Long life 300 cleaner for termi systems 1L cod. 113.162.21

Description

• Neutral pH cleaning and pickling product with cleaning and passivating action.
• Long Life 300 effectively removes manufacturing, welding, grease and oil residues that may be present in new heating systems.
• Long Life 300 prevents corrosive phenomena by pre-passivating all metal surfaces.
• Long Life 300 can be used on all metallic materials including aluminium.
• Long Life 300 helps prevent the deposition of copper, the main cause of serious point corrosion in radiant elements.

Use and dosage

• Long Life 300 can be introduced directly into the full system using the Termo Tank loading device or via a dosing pump or using the vent valve of a radiator or directly into the system's expansion vessel.
• Long Life 300 is ready to use.
• Dose 1 liter of product for every 100 liters of water in the system.
• Circulate the product using the system circulator at the normal operating temperature (6-24 hours depending on the quantity of residues present in the system and the washing temperature).
• Use Long Life Super Flush GEL pumps to reduce flushing times.
• Repeat the treatment if necessary.
• Once the treatment has been carried out, empty the system and rinse until clean water is obtained.

Further information

Once the system has been flushed with Long Life 300, add the corrosion inhibitor Long Life 100 or Long Life 500 (for cold climates) to prevent scale re-formation.

The treatment of water in domestic heating systems is specified by the UNI-CTI 8065/89 standard referred to by Presidential Decree 59 of 2/4/2009 and by the UNI-CTI 8364/1/2/3 standards of 2007.
