Description

Non-acid multifunctional product for the control of corrosive phenomena and encrustations in boilers and heating systems.

Long Life 100 guarantees total protection on all metallic materials present in the system, including aluminium.

Use and dosage

Long Life 100 can be introduced directly into the full system using the Termo Tank loading device or via a dosing pump or using the vent valve of a radiator or directly into the system's expansion tank.

Long Life 100 is ready to use.

Dose 1 liter of product for every 100 liters of water in the system.

An overdose of the product does not cause any problems for the system.

It is advisable to check the Long Life 100 concentration in the circuit, using the specific Test Kit Inhibitor supplied as an accessory.

Further information

For best results, treat the system as follows before adding Long Life 100:

- New plant. Wash with Cleaner Long Life 300 to eliminate processing residues, oils and greases.

- Dirty system. Wash with Risanante Long Life 400 (floor system), Risanante Long Life 410 (traditional systems) or with Risanante STRONG Long Life 800 (based on the age of the system) to eliminate sludge and deposits

The treatment of water in domestic heating systems is specified by the UNI-CTI 8065/89 standard referred to by Presidential Decree 59 of 2/4/2009 and by the UNI-CTI 8364/1/2/3 standards of 2007.
