GEL Long life 410 restorative for termi systems 5L cod. 113.166.31

Description

Specific sanitizing product for the removal of corrosion residues and ferrous deposits that form in heating systems.

Long Life 410 is able to solubilize the deposits and sludge present in the system, restoring the correct circulation in the partially blocked radiant elements.

The product can be used on all metallic materials present in the system including aluminium.

Use and dosage

Long Life 400 can be introduced directly into the full system using the Termo Tank loading device or via a dosing pump or using the vent valve of a radiator or directly into the system's expansion tank.

Long Life 410 is ready to use.

Dose 1 liter of product for every 100 liters of water in the system.

Circulate the product using the system circulator at the normal operating temperature (up to 1 week depending on the quantity and quality of the sludge present as well as the temperature of the water at which the remediation is carried out).

Use the Long Life Super Flush GEL pumps to reduce flushing times (average flushing time: 3 hours)

Repeat the treatment if necessary.

Once the treatment has been carried out, empty the system and rinse until clean water is obtained.

Further information

Treatment with Long Life 410 is recommended before installing a new boiler or a new pump on an existing system.

Once the system has been flushed, fill the system by adding the Long Life 100 or Long Life 500 corrosion inhibitor (for cold climates) to prevent the re-formation of scale or corrosive phenomena.

Keep only in the original container.

Keep containers closed, in a cool, well-ventilated place, away from heat sources.

The treatment of water in domestic heating systems is specified by the UNI-CTI 8065/89 standard referred to by Presidential Decree 59 of 2/4/2009 and by the UNI-CTI 8364/1/2/3 standards of 2007.
