High temperature aluminum vernifer 500 ml cod. 4767

Description:

Enamel based on modified silicone resins for the protection and finishing of metal structures exposed to high temperatures.

The finish is satin in black or aluminum colour.

It resists temperatures of up to 400°C.

It is quick drying.

USE:

Vernifer High Temperature solves, with a single product, the problem of protecting and finishing ferrous metal structures such as barbecues, stoves, boilers and metal supports in general.

HOW TO USE:

Mix well before use, apply at a surface temperature between +5°C and +30°C.

On already painted surfaces, test compatibility on a hidden area.

It is necessary to apply two coats of product, the second coat after at least 12 hours.

To obtain the best guarantee of resistance to high temperatures, we recommend waiting 3-4 days after painting and then bringing the painted support to 150°C for at least 1 hour.

New or unpainted surfaces:

▪ Clean and degrease with white spirit

▪ Apply two coats of product

Surfaces to be repainted

▪ Clean and degrease with a common detergent

▪ If rust is present, brush

▪ Remove poorly anchored paint

▪ Apply the product

Application systems

▪ By brush – ready to use. Do not dilute

Cleaning of tools

▪ Clean the tools with Nitro thinner

STORAGE:

In intact packaging, stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight for at least 3 years.
