Protects welds carried out on galvanized surfaces or on ferrous materials, placed in closed or outdoor rooms, underground or on the surface. Ready-to-use single-component with very high pure zinc content. Zinc, in microscopic particles, adheres strongly to the metal surface, forming a barrier to protect against rust and corrosion. Furthermore, in contact with air, it forms a surface layer of zinc oxide, which ensures further protection: double protective barrier. It forms a resistant, elastic film, not subject to cracking which can be left as is or overpainted. Layer thickness: 15/20 microns. Yield: 2/2.5 m2 per cylinder. Drying time: approximately 15/20 minutes. Handleable in approximately 24 hours. It resists temperatures up to approximately +150°C.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SYSTEM TZ 226 is a zinc-based protectant that prevents the formation of oxidation on ferrous materials.

The zinc dust contained in the product adheres strongly to the metal surface, forming a barrier to protect against rust and corrosion. Furthermore, in contact with the air it forms a surface layer of zinc oxide which ensures further protection for the support.

FIELDS OF USE

Suitable for the protection of metal structures, tanks, pipes, gutters, fences and various work tools.

SYSTEM TZ 226 forms an ideal film for touch-ups and for treating welds on galvanized parts.

It is a ready-to-use single-component product, it can be used as a final protective coating or as a base layer.

Galvanizing System forms a resistant, elastic film, not subject to cracking, which gives the coated surfaces the "new" galvanized appearance.

HOW TO USE

Thoroughly clean and dry the parts to be treated and eliminate traces of rust.

Shake the canister well until you feel the ball inside move freely and continue for a couple of minutes.

Dispense several light layers of product from a distance of approx. 20cm.

After use, spray for 2 or 3 seconds with the can upside down to avoid clogging the nozzle.

Shelf life of the product in sealed packaging and stored at room temperature: at least 3 years.
