Anti-adhesive for metals and synthetic materials, guides, sliding rollers, cutter blades. Molding of plastic and materials that do not need to be subsequently labelled, glued, screen-printed or painted. Anti-adhesive for typography inks. Synthetic based lubricant. It forms a continuous, flowing veil. Eliminates friction between parts in contact. Protects rubber and plastic, preserving them from wear and aging. It facilitates the separation between the mold and the materials, avoiding tearing in the thin parts. Prevents the adhesion of the products to the edges of the mold. Reduces the number of waste. The pieces obtained are well defined. Increases the life of the molds. Effective up to approximately +200°C. Colorless.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product, made up of synthetic-based lubricant, forms a continuous and sliding film that eliminates friction from the parts in contact and protects rubber and plastic surfaces, preserving them from aging and wear.

Excellent anti-adhesive agent, it guarantees easy detachment of the products from the moulds, prevents adhesion to the edges of the mould, avoids tearing of the product in thin parts allowing for well-defined pieces to be obtained, reduces the number of waste and increases the life of the moulds. Effective up to approximately 200°C.

Suitable for the lubrication of production lines.

Suitable for lubricating friction surfaces between metals and synthetic materials.

Particularly suitable as an anti-adhesive agent in the molding of rubber and plastic products.

Useful in the textile industries (lubricant for guides, sliding rollers), printing presses (cutter blades, ink anti-adhesive), shoe factories (mold release agent) and plastic molding industries.
