Transparent two-component adhesive based on epoxy resins, ideal for very strong bonds on glass, ceramic, crystal, marble, stone, wood, metals, steel, plastics (except PE, PP, rigid PVC and PTFE) even for non-matching surfaces. The product is transparent and colorless and ensures invisible repairs. It can be used to fill holes and cracks. Hardens in a few minutes. It does not contain solvents and does not shrink. After hardening it can be painted, drilled or sanded with abrasive paper. It resists temperatures between –30°C and +80°C. It resists washing with even hot water, solvents, oils, greases, etc.

DESCRIPTION

Transparent two-component adhesive based on epoxy resins, ideal for structural bonding of various types of materials, even for non-matching surfaces.

It can be used to fill holes and cracks.

Hardens in a few minutes.

It does not contain solvents, therefore it does not shrink during hardening.

The product is transparent and colorless and ensures invisible repairs.

After hardening it can be painted, drilled or sanded with abrasive paper.

It resists temperatures between –30°C and +80°C.

It resists washing with even hot water, diluted acids and bases, oils, greases, etc.

USE

Welds materials of different origins such as: glass, ceramic, crystals, marble, stone, wood, metals, steel, plastics.

Not suitable for PE, PP, rigid PVC and PTFE.

It guarantees excellent results even on non-matching surfaces.

It can also be used at temperatures close to 0°C.

USE

The surfaces must be slightly roughened, clean and degreased (with acetone or alcohol) and dry.

Mix resin and hardener very carefully in equal parts.

Apply, within 5 minutes of mixing, a thin layer of adhesive on both surfaces.

Keep the parts in contact for 10-15 minutes; you can reposition the parts within the first 5 minutes.

The hardening time depends on the temperature and thickness; generally objects can be handled after about 20 minutes.

Complete hardening occurs after 24 hours.

To clean tools or any burrs, use acetone or alcohol immediately after use.

The hardened adhesive is removed by mechanical action.

WARNINGS

After use, carefully close the syringe. Contact, even accidental, of the hardener with the resin causes the adhesive to harden.
