It is used to repair, rebuild, block, seal and fill metal, iron, aluminium, copper, brass, cast iron bronze, lead and hard plastics. Repairs pipes, valves, tanks, engine parts, metal tools, air ducts, bicycle, motorbike and car parts. Ready to use. Strong, easy, quick. Also applicable in the presence of water leakage. It also adheres to wet surfaces. Does not shrink during hardening. After hardening, it can be drilled, sanded, machined, painted.

DESCRIPTION

Two-component co-extruded stucco, in stick form, based on epoxy resin.

The cross-linking component is encapsulated in the resin, which makes the dosage of the two components and the subsequent cross-linking easy and automatic.

It adheres to wet surfaces and allows operation in the presence of slight liquid spills.

After mixing it hardens in approximately 15 minutes without any shrinkage.

It can be painted and can be sanded or worked with tools after approximately 1 hour.

It resists up to 120°C with peaks of 150°C.

USE

Ideal for iron, steel, aluminium, copper, brass, cast iron, lead.

Used to repair tanks, engine parts, steel pipes, damaged threads, metal tools.

Rebuilds missing parts.

Excellent as a filler for holes, scratches and gouges on metal.

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE.

USE

Clean and degrease the parts to be glued, light sanding improves adhesion.

Remove the necessary quantity from the stick and mix until you obtain a homogeneous color.

Apply within 5 minutes.

Force the product into the hole or crack to be repaired, eliminating the excess.

If applied on a wet surface or in the presence of a leak, keep the resin pressed until the adhesion begins to take effect.

After about 15 minutes the resin hardens and after 1 hour it is possible to sand, sandblast, sand and paint.

WARNINGS

Since the product is irritating, it is advisable to use a pair of gloves to mix the product.
