For braking nuts in general and threaded components made of various materials, including cadmium-plated and galvanized metals. For parts subject to dismantling. Medium thixotropic product: does not drip. Avoids loosening due to vibrations, shocks, temperature changes. Prevents corrosion and seizure. Allows disassembly with normal tools. It is excellently resistant to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases and vapours. Tested according to DIN 54454 standards. Operating temperature: from -55°C to +150°C. Maximum diametric clearance: 0.25 mm. Storage duration at room temperature: 18 months minimum.

General purpose product suitable for threaded components made from all different materials including cadmium and zinc plated.

Suitable for braking data in general.

Recommended for threaded components for which possible disassembly with normal tools is foreseen.

Medium thixotropy product.

The thixotropic property avoids sagging and allows application without waste.

Eliminates the use of conventional braking means such as nuts, lock nuts, washers, growers, self-locking nuts.

Avoids loosening due to vibrations, shocks, temperature changes.

It has high resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases and vapours.

Prevents corrosion and seizure.

Also suitable for surfaces slightly soiled with oil.

For rapid braking use “AP 724 Rapid Primer”.
