PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Specific product for the permanent braking of studs, nuts, bolts.

Recommended for braking threaded parts not subject to dismantling.

Low thixotropy product.

Eliminates the use of conventional braking means such as nuts, lock nuts, washers, growers, self-locking nuts.

Avoids loosening due to vibrations, shocks, temperature changes.

It has high resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases and vapours.

Prevents corrosion.

Also suitable for surfaces with a slight presence of oil.

System 52A70 can be used to brake or seal metal components, including stainless steel ones.

It is advisable to use System AP724 Rapid Primer to accelerate the polymerization reaction, which on these types of steel can be excessively slow, and/or in the presence of high clearances.

It is recommended to carry out specific tests according to your procedures and quality standards to verify the suitability of the product for the specific application.

HOW TO USE

Surfaces must be clean and dry.

We recommend the use of Fulcron super degreaser solvent based.

Apply the product on the bolt in the coupling area with the nut.

For blind holes, apply the product to the bottom of the hole.

Assemble and tighten as required. Wait for the times

polymerization times required before moving the coupling.

For application temperatures lower than +15°C or in case of slow polymerization speed, System AP724 Rapid Primer can be used.

This product is not normally recommended for

use with plastics, where possible

environment: 18 months minimum.
