Arexons System C666 cyanoacrylate for rubber 20 ml cod. 4755

Pastes rubber, polyisopropene (NR), nitrile rubber (CR), ethylene propylene (EPDM) and all types of natural and synthetic rubber. Single-component, low viscosity, colourless, high yield adhesive. Instant. Glues in seconds forming an invisible joint. 50% of the final adhesion occurs after approximately 30'. It hardens at room temperature due to the effect of air humidity (optimal RH: 40-70%). Storage between +2°C and +10°C: minimum 12 months. It is recommended to keep the product in a cool, dry and dark place.

DESCRIPTION

Transparent single-component cyanoacrylic adhesive, particularly suitable for bonding all types of natural and synthetic rubber.

Also suitable for difficult-to-bond elastomers such as EPDM.

USE

It is used in industry for bonding rubber parts such as:

• Rubber

• NR – polyisoprene

• NBR – nitrile rubber

• SBR – styrene butadiene

• CR – chloroprene

• EPDM – ethylene propylene

USE

Clean the parts to be glued carefully with alcohol or acetone.

Check that the surfaces match perfectly.

Apply a thin layer of adhesive on only one of the two parts to be glued (the smaller the quantity, the faster and more tenacious the gluing).

Bring the surfaces together and press for a few seconds.

After 24 hours the bonding is complete.

Product soluble in DMF, acetone, acetonitrile.

WARNINGS

The product works quickly, it is able to quickly glue even the skin.

In this case it is advisable to gently and gradually separate the glued skin with the help of warm water and soap.

Avoid forcible detachment and/or the use of sharp objects which can cause worse injuries.
