Specific product for sealing all fittings in general up to a diameter of 2". Anaerobic product with medium mechanical resistance. Contains PTFE, which has a lubricating action during assembly, ensuring perfect screwing of the threaded joints. It guarantees a perfect watertight seal of liquids and gases. Apply the product on both threads to be joined. Increases the structural solidity of the joint and prevents any loosening due to vibration. Protects the threads from corrosion. Does not drip. Excess product can be easily removed. The joint can be easily dismantled with normal tools (class 1). Tested to DIN 54454 standards. Operating temperature: from -55°C to +150°C. Maximum diametric clearance: 0.3 mm. Storage at room temperature: 18 months minimum.

DESCRIPTION

Specific product for sealing all fittings in general up to a diameter of 2".

Disassembly is possible with normal tools. High thixotropy product.

The high thixotropy prevents the treated surfaces from dripping and allows application without waste.

It contains PTFE which has a lubricating action during assembly, thus ensuring perfect screwing of the threaded parts.

It ensures a perfect seal against liquids and gases.

Protects threads against corrosion and prevents loosening caused by vibration.

Resists most industrial products.

It is recommended for couplings with a max. diametric clearance. of 0.3 mm.

For a better result it is advisable to apply the product if both threads are to be joined.

The anaerobic characteristic, i.e. the fluid state in the presence of air, allows for easy removal of excess product.

USE

Recommended for sealing threaded joints and fittings in general, pipes and containers containing gas, LPG, compressed air, oil and fuel, industrial fluids, CFCs, drinking water and various chemical substances.

Product tested according to DIN 54454 standards

Approved as a sealant for gas tight fittings according to EN751-1 by DIN-DVGW n°NG-5146AR0574 from -20°C to +150°C up to 2” diameter

USE

Before assembling, clean and dry the threads (water, oil or dirt do not guarantee adhesion of the sealant on the threaded parts).

WARNINGS

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastic materials, where stress cracking is possible.
