Medium viscosity product that allows you to block free-sliding parts as an alternative to interference parts. In interference assembly, the strength of the joint increases approximately 4 times. It allows you to obtain a perfectly distributed load over the entire occupied surface. Eliminates tension inside the joint, protecting it from possible contact corrosion. Permanent locking. Used on threaded parts, it acts as an extremely strong threadlocker. High resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases, vapours. Tested according to DIN 54452 standards. Operating temperature: from -55°C to +150°C. Maximum diametric clearance: 0.20 mm. Storage at room temperature: 18 months minimum.

USE

Recommended for braking parts not subject to dismantling.

USE

Surfaces must be clean and dry.

We recommend using System MC217.

Apply the product on the bolt in the coupling area with the nut.

For blind holes, apply the product to the bottom of the hole.

Assemble and tighten as required.

Wait for the expected polymerization times before moving the coupling.

For application temperatures lower than +15°C or in case of slow polymerization speed, System AP724 Rapid Primer can be used.

WARNINGS

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastic materials, where stress cracking is possible.
