• Circulation pump for closed and pressurized or open vessel domestic hot water systems.
• Single brass body, spherical steel impeller, wet rotor motor.
• Version with pump body for fittings (V version) in which the non-return valve and the ball shut-off valve are incorporated

APPLICATIONS

A distinction is made between two types of systems:

• Single circuit system:

VORTEX domestic hot water pumps are suitable for installation in single houses or condominiums, depending on the route of the pipes.

• Branched plant:

VORTEX domestic hot water pumps can be used in condominiums with a maximum of 12 apartments after installing additional VORTEX circulation regulators with automatic compensation on the lines.

For VORTEX, energy saving and user comfort are priorities.

The VORTEX regulation components and accessories allow you to comply with the regulations on heating systems relating to the automatic activation and exclusion of the domestic hot water pump and the limitation of the hot water temperature

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES OF THE ENGINE

The magnetic field produced in the motor acts directly on the magnetic rotor. The hydraulic part is hermetically separated from the electrical part.

The spherical rotor motor requires only a sealing ring between the motor and the pump body.

It is protected against short circuits and therefore does not require a motor protector. The rotor can be easily cleaned or replaced.

The ring nut allows you to quickly separate the motor from the pump body, thus facilitating cleaning and removing limescale from the parts in contact with water.

Pump body for fitting (V)

• Standard with fittings for fixing ring (screw/welded connections 1/2“ external / Ø 15 internal)
• on request also without or with other ring nut fittings, see Accessories.

Non-return valve and ball shut-off valve

Correct operation of the system is guaranteed only with a non-return valve in tune with the pump. In the pump body for fittings (V) the non-return valve and the ball shut-off valve are incorporated.
