For braking studs, nuts and bolts, even large ones, not subject to dismantling. Medium viscosity product. Eliminates loosening due to vibrations, shocks, temperature changes. Prevents corrosion and seizure. Permanent braking. High resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases, vapours. Tested according to DIN 54454 standards. Operating temperature: from -55°C to +230°C. Maximum diametric clearance: 0.3 mm. Storage at room temperature: 18 months minimum

DESCRIPTION

Specific product for the permanent braking of studs, nuts, bolts, even large ones.

Thixotropic, does not drip.

It has high temperature resistance and maintains its sealing properties even at temperatures of +230°C.

Eliminates the use of conventional braking means such as nuts, lock nuts, washers, growers, self-locking nuts.

Avoids loosening due to vibrations, shocks, temperature changes.

It has high resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases and vapours. Prevents corrosion and seizure.

USE

Recommended for braking parts not subject to dismantling.

USE

Surfaces must be clean and dry. We recommend using System MC217.

Apply the product on the bolt in the coupling area with the nut.

For blind holes, apply the product to the bottom of the hole. Assemble and tighten as required.

Wait for the expected polymerization times before moving the coupling.

For application temperatures lower than +15°C or in case of slow polymerization speed, System AP724 Rapid Primer can be used.

WARNINGS

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastic materials, where stress cracking is possible.
