To seal flat couplings of even complex shapes, with fairly precise surfaces. Recommended on hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, hydraulic power units, flanges in general. Product with low mechanical resistance and high thixotropy, which avoids migration during application. Disassembly of the joint facilitated. It does not present the settling phenomena that occur in traditional gaskets, ensuring correct metal-to-metal contact over time. High resistance and tightness to water, gas, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases, vapours, chemical agents in general. Tested to ASTM D-1002 and ASTM D-2095 standards. Operating temperature: -55°C to +150°C. Maximum diametric clearance: 0.3 mm. Storage duration at room temperature: 18 months minimum.

USE

Recommended for hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, hydraulic power units, flanges in general.

USE

The product is suitable for use on metal surfaces.

Clean and degrease the surfaces with acetone.

Apply the product in sufficient quantities to completely fill the joint.

Assemble normally and wait for curing.

CLASSIFICATION

Product tested according to ASTM Standards: D 1002, D 2095.

WARNINGS

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastic materials, where stress cracking is possible.
