For braking already positioned threaded mechanical parts not subject to dismantling and for sealing welding porosity and casting and crankcase microporosity. Very fluid product with high capillary effect. It easily penetrates the threads of already assembled parts. It ensures permanent braking and perfect watertightness. Prevents possible contact corrosion. High resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases, vapours. Tested according to DIN 54454 standards. Operating temperature: from -55°C to +150°C. Maximum diametric clearance: 0.07 mm. Storage duration at room temperature: 18 months minimum.

Specific product for braking already positioned mechanical parts (nuts, screws, adjustment screws).

Particularly suitable for sealing welding porosity and casting and crankcase microporosity.

Fluid product with capillary effect; the high capillarity allows easy penetration into the parts already assembled, ensuring braking and a perfect watertight seal.

Eliminates any contact corrosion.

It has high resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases and vapours.

For rapid braking use “AP 724 Rapid Primer”.

USE

Recommended for braking parts not subject to dismantling.

USE

Surfaces must be clean and dry. We recommend using System MC217.

Apply the product on the bolt in the coupling area with the nut.

For blind holes, apply the product to the bottom of the hole.

Assemble and tighten as required.

Wait for the expected polymerization times before moving the coupling.

For application temperatures lower than +15°C or in case of slow polymerization speed it is possible to use System AP724 Rapid Primer

WARNINGS

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastic materials, where stress cracking is possible.
