Anaerobic gasket, polymerizes in the absence of air after approximately 45 minutes. Replaces pre-formed gaskets for sealing flat parts. Forms an elastic film. Allows easy disassembly of parts. Very thin thicknesses can be obtained. Resists oils, petrol, coolants. Operating temperature: -55°C to +150°C.

DESCRIPTION
Product suitable for flat couplings with fairly precise surfaces, with max. play. 0.30 mm.
Allows easy disassembly with normal tools.
For quick drying use AP724 QUICK PRIMER.
Self-shaping product that creates gaskets of any shape.
It replaces traditional gaskets on rigid joints, eliminating the problem of storing different sizes.
It has low mechanical resistance, which facilitates disassembly, and high thixotropy, which avoids product migration during application.
It ensures metal-to-metal contact over time, because it does not present settling phenomena, which instead occur in traditional gaskets.
USE
Specific for sealing complex piece shapes in cast components.
Recommended for hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, hydraulic power units, flanges in general.
It has high resistance and resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigerant fluids, gases and vapors and chemical agents in general.
USE
Use on clean and degreased surfaces. Proceed immediately to assemble the parts. Curing can be accelerated by heat.
