DESCRIPTION

Single-component silicone based on acetic cross-linking polysiloxane in a practical, easy-to-use self-extruding package.

The technical properties are superior to normal silicones, allowing the product to be used in the automotive sector where resistance to particularly harsh conditions, pressure and resistance to solvents, lubricating fluids and mechanical stress are required.

Silicone has excellent dielectric properties and excellent adhesion to most materials.

USE

The product is able to replace all gaskets made of cork, felt, paper, silicone, rubber, etc., of any shape and size.

It resists temperatures from –50°C to +180°C continuously (peaks up to 250°C).

It is suitable for bonding already polymerized silicone and wherever seals resistant to water, mineral and synthetic oils, LPG, diesel, radiator fluids and in general to various types of solvents are required.

Does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE and bituminous surfaces.

USE

1. Cut the tip to the desired size.
2. Remove the seal located at the bottom of the dispenser
3. Rotate the tip to the left by ¼ turn

Remove the gasket to be replaced. Surfaces must be clean and dry.

Dispense the product, pressing the lever lightly, evenly onto one of the two surfaces, taking care to fill well also around the bolt holes.

Wait approximately 10 minutes, until the skin forms, before assembling the parts.

After use, let a small amount of product come out of the nozzle, it will serve as a cap to preserve Black silicone gasket for longer.

Replace the supplied red cap.

Before using it again, remove the cap of hardened material and act as previously described.
