The welding generators of the SIL line are compact and easy to handle, ideal for small maintenance jobs. A reliable and durable product, carefully designed and manufactured at our factories in San Marino.

The SIL 208 delivers 80 Amp direct current to weld electrodes from 1.6 to 2.5 mm in diameter. Welds with rutile coated electrodes on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.

It has low energy consumption: it can be used with reduced installed power (3 kW) and connected to a motor generator (see technical data table).

The SIL 208 is easy to use thanks to the welding aid systems:

Hot Start: facilitates arc striking.

Arc Force: Helps prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece by temporarily increasing the current when the electric arc becomes too short.

Anti-sticking: allows you to easily detach the electrode if it remains stuck to the workpiece.
