1. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA AND INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Code), the personal data provided to us to enter into business relationships are subject, on our part, to the processing of personal and/or manual data for the following purposes:

a) legal obligations related to civil, fiscal and accounting regulations; administrative management of the relationship;

b) Technical support and technical information regarding the products and services purchased by you; verification of user satisfaction;

Please note that the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in point

(a) (b) is mandatory and essential for the correct execution of orders and contracts.

You have the right to exercise the rights referred to in the art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of Legislative Decree 196/03.

Belonging to ar-storeshop.com implies acceptance of the obligation to provide sincere and truthful personal information. To register on our site you must be of age.

The absence of the requested personal data leads to the automatic cancellation of the order. The communication of false or untruthful information is contrary to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.

In particular, ar-storeshop.com specifies that the personal data provided by its customers will not be used for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication, unless following the prior expression of consent by the Customer .
Images sent to us will remain on our server for 15 days from the date of submission.

Please note that ar-storeshop.com adapts to the new European regulations on electronic commerce, in force from 13 June 2014.

2. PRICES

The sales prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros, VAT included, without taking shipping costs into account. The latter, if present, are the responsibility of the user and are invoiced at the time of validation of the order as a supplement to the selected products.
ar-storeshop.com reserves the right to change prices without notice, but undertakes to apply the prices in force (i.e. those indicated on the site) at the time of the order, excluding calculation errors in the checkout system.

3. DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS

The product will be delivered to the address indicated during order confirmation .
The delivery times expressed on the site are indicative and depend on the products chosen and can be modified at any time and are not to be considered binding in any way for ar-storeshop.com
We remind you that in the same order, it is possible to insert several products, but in the case of multiple products it may take a couple of days for delivery.
Shipments are made via GLS/ /Bartolini courier within 24/48 hours (islands excluded) for the islands, the estimated time is 48/72 hours.

Upon delivery of the goods the Customer is required to check:

· that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

· that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes.

In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing " GOODS CONTROL reserve ” on the copy of the delivery document which must be returned signed to the carrier or other operator.

The Customer is required to report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods, by registered letter in advance via fax or via email to the following address info @ar-store.si

For each delivery order the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in case of delivery difficulties; if the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to ar-storeshop.com or express courier for 2 consecutive passages, the storage or return costs will be charged, as quantified by the express courier or it is possible to collect the product from the courier's sorting point.

4. PAYMENTS

Payments for orders can be made via PayPal, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express) or via bank transfer.

Online payment by credit card is protected by a very effective data encryption system served by Pay Pal. Under no circumstances will ar-storeshop.com be in possession of your credit card data.
Any refunds are always made by ar-storeshop.com via bank transfer or pay pal

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments . You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

NOTE:

Payment by paid delivery dictated by commercial agreements between ar-storeshop.com and the transport company of choice for the provision of the service.

Payment via PAY PAL includes an increase of 2% on the total amount, the percentage applicable due to less than that implemented by PAY PAL ar-storeshop.com

5. BILLING

Unless otherwise specified by the buyer when completing the order, the invoice will be sent via e-mail within 15/20 working days after the sale.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

It is possible to cancel an order within 1 hour of completion by sending an email to info @ar-store.si

ar-storeshop.com recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by law, Legislative Decree 206/2005 .
The deadline for exercising this right is 14 working days within which the Customer is obliged to communicate:

Important: in the letter in which you request to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal account to re-credit the amount due (CIN code, ABI code, CAB code, Account number, IBAN code, Account holder)

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

The customer expresses his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;

The purchased good is intact and returned in the original packaging;

The goods must be returned together with a copy of the purchase document or the invoice or receipt for the purchased products;

The product is returned within the times and methods described above: delivery costs are borne by the Customer.

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

After having checked the integrity of the goods, we will credit the sum back to you within 14 days already paid through the same means used to pay for the product, in case of payment on delivery it will be made by bank transfer, after receiving the customer's details.

The refund concerns all the sums paid and must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, with the amount paid being credited to the customer using the same means chosen to pay for the order. The only costs borne by the Customer are those relating to the return of the product. In the event that the user opts to replace the product, the cost of sending the new product will be borne by you.

7. WARRANTY

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years, on the date of the invoice or on the receipt, the guarantee is European.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

The user of the site is aware of the fact that he connects and uses the services offered by the site at his own risk, ar-storeshop.com cannot in any case be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect (financial losses, financial , economic) suffered by a user or third parties due to the connection to the site, the inability to access it, the good or bad functioning of the same.

This applies in particular to damages that may be caused by the presence of incorrect content or errors, slowness or interruption of data transmission, loss, disappearance or alteration of data, viruses, whatever their origin, intrusions by third parties, and, in general, from the use of the site or the inability to use it.

ar-storeshop.com guarantees to always do everything necessary to ensure the availability of the site's services. However, for technical reasons, a temporary interruption of services is always possible. ar-storeshop.com will do everything possible to inform its customers of the nature and duration of such interruptions, but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the unavailability of its services. Furthermore, ar-storeshop.com cannot guarantee the reliability and quality of the Internet outside its premises.

ar-storeshop.com has a very powerful infrastructure for storing data (personal information, photos, etc.). This infrastructure must allow the recovery of all data received, even in the event of serious damage. However, ar-storeshop.com will not be held responsible in the event of partial or total loss of data; the user is invited to always maintain his own protection of the data sent. The processed images are deleted from the ar-storeshop.com server within 15 days after the order.

In the event of loss or damage to the media containing the data, ar-storeshop.com will be limited to replacing the media with a virgin product of equivalent quality. The user is solely responsible for communicating and uploading data to the site he created.
The indication of links to other sites is made for convenience of the user. ar-storeshop.com can under no circumstances be the guarantor of the content of the aforementioned sites and cannot be held responsible in the event of complaints or direct or indirect damages caused to the user or third parties by the content of such sites.

9. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes, corresponding to a trial offer (proposed by one of our partners), or similar, cannot be combined with other trial offers, unless otherwise indicated, expressed in the description of the offer.

Promotional codes are valid only for products listed on the site. A promotional code corresponding to a trial offer can only be used once per household (same name, same address) and is non-refundable. Multiple promotional codes cannot be combined with the same order.

To benefit from the reduction linked to a promotional code, it is mandatory to enter the code in question in the appropriate space when validating the order. In case of forgetfulness by the user, it will not be possible to cancel the order, or to renew it, to take into account the reduction, in the event that the same has already been discussed. A promotional code is valid only for the period indicated in the description of the corresponding offer.

10. USE OF THE SERVICES

When registering, you will need to provide your first name, last name, postal address and email address. The user undertakes to provide only true and correct personal information. ar-storeshop.com services are provided solely for personal use.

11. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The photographs on the site to illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual field and cannot therefore be a source of any type of commitment on the part of ar-storeshop.com . The technical data sheets and product descriptions are communicated to ar-storeshop.com its partners or suppliers; ar-storeshop.com therefore declines any responsibility for the truthfulness of their content.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

All contracts concluded with us are subject to Italian law, for any dispute the court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer will be competent.
