INFORMATION FOR REGISTERING A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT
If you wish to register as a **professional account**, you must correctly enter your **VAT number** in the required field.
However, if your VAT number is **not registered or not eligible for VAT-exempt intra-community transactions**, the system will not recognize it and will prevent you from completing the registration.
HOW TO PROCEED IN THIS CASE?
If the system does not accept your VAT number, we recommend the following steps:
- **Register as a Private Account**: Complete your registration by selecting the **Private Account** option instead of the **Professional Account**.
- **Enter your billing details in the order notes**: During the purchase process, specify your company details (including your VAT number) in the order notes. (See image below)
- **Manual account verification**: Once we receive your order, our team will review the provided information and upgrade your account to a **Professional Account**, allowing you to access all related benefits.
