MI401 ALPHA Reader
ALPHA Reader has a built-in light sensor, which reads data from the pump and transmits it to a mobile device.
Simply turn on the Reader by pressing the button on the front. Then activate the "balance mode" and place the Reader on the front of the ALPHA2 pump.
Now log in to the Grundfos GO Balance app on your smartphone or tablet. The app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The easy-to-use app will guide you through the balancing process, allowing you to complete each step effortlessly.
First, all relevant data is added and measurements are made for each radiator in the system.
The real-time flow data transmitted by the ALPHA Reader is automatically processed in the Grundfos GO Balance app, allowing each radiator to be subsequently adjusted to achieve perfect balance in the system. In no time and with minimal effort.
Balancing all the radiators in a detached house can in fact be completed in less than two hours, saving time and money.
At the end of the balancing of the system, a report is automatically generated to document the intervention, which can be sent via e-mail or printed directly from the app.
Now all you have to do is disconnect ALPHA Reader and move on to the next job.
