Pattex polyurethane foam PF200 professional

Pattex PF 200 is a single-component polyurethane foam with fire resistance class B2.

It is used in the sealing of frames and prefabricated panels, for thermal insulation in heating, refrigeration and electrical installations.

Foam density: approximately 15-18 Kg/m3 (freely expanding)

Skin time: about 6-8 minutes

Hardening time: 2-4 hours (depending on thickness, temperature and humidity of the environment)

Full hardening time: 5-10 hours (reduced if the product is moistened with water)

Can be cut after approximately 12-14 minutes

Application temperature +5°C to +30°C

Operating temperature -40°C up to +100°C

Application areas:

Pattex PF 200 PROFESSIONAL is used in the assembly of doors and windows as a filling of cavities between the frame and the counterframe or between the frame and the wall. Ideal for thermal insulation in heating/refrigeration systems, pipes and electrical installations. It is used for filling cavities and holes in walls, for the soundproofing of vibrating parts.
