The ZeroCal+ dispensers are anti-limescale dispensers for boilers and heat exchangers.

The ergonomic shape and the adjustable connections make installation quick and easy, even in confined spaces.

ZeroCal+ does not require electricity.

The ZeroCal+ dispensers are made of plastic materials for food use.

The Sensor version is equipped with an acoustic and visual signal which warns when it is necessary to recharge the liquid anti-limescale product (yellow LED) and when to replace the batteries (red LED).

The package includes a refill of ZeroCal+ DOSE.

The above equipment is made with top quality materials, certified for food use (DM 174/2004).

The water used in plumbing systems contains a certain quantity of dissolved calcium and magnesium salts which make it hard.

By heating the water, the hardness gives rise to a chemical reaction with the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonate (limestone) and carbon dioxide.

Calcium carbonate precipitates giving rise to encrustations on systems and exchangers while carbon dioxide generates corrosive effects inside the system.

It is therefore necessary to treat the water by installing anti-limescale and anti-corrosion equipment such as proportional dosers.

The dosage of polyphosphate-based products, in proportion to the flow of water (< 5 ppm), does not alter the drinking water characteristics, keeps the elements soluble which would otherwise precipitate forming encrustations and protects against corrosion phenomena.

The very simple installation can be carried out upstream of the water system, boilers or boilers and upstream of washing machines and dishwashers.

INSTALLATION

• The dispenser can be mounted on horizontal or vertical pipes (in the Sensor version, remove the activation tab before mounting).

• If you intend to mount the dispenser on vertical pipes, carry out the following operations:

1. Remove the cover

2. Undo the 4 screws

3. Remove the impeller cover

4. Rotate the impeller cover

5. Retighten the 4 screws taking care to position the sealing o-ring correctly

6. Replace the cover
