The Zerocal+ PRO are proportional anti-limescale dispensers for boilers, boilers, washing machines and dishwashers.

The Zerocal+ PRO uses immersion pump technology which is not damaged in the prolonged absence of the anti-limescale liquid.

The ultra-compact dimensions, the ergonomic shape and the adjustable connections make installation quick and easy on both horizontal and elbow pipes.

The Zerocal+ PROs do not require electricity.

To recharge the anti-limescale product it is not necessary to turn off the water; just unscrew the tank, pour in Zerocal+ DOSE and screw the tank back on.

The water used in water systems contains a certain dissolved quantity of calcium and magnesium salts which make it hard.

By heating the water, the hardness gives rise to a chemical reaction with the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonate (limestone) and carbon dioxide.

Calcium carbonate precipitates, giving rise to encrustations on systems and exchangers, while carbon dioxide generates corrosive effects within the system.

It is therefore necessary to treat the water by installing anti-limescale and anti-corrosion equipment such as proportional dispensers.

The dosage of polyphosphate-based products, in proportion to the passage of water (< 5 ppm), does not alter the drinkability characteristics of the water, keeps the elements soluble which would otherwise precipitate forming encrustations and protects from corrosion phenomena.

The very simple installation can be carried out upstream of the water system, of boilers or boilers and upstream of washing machines and dishwashers.
