Zerocal+ PRO are proportional anti-scale dispensers for boilers, water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers.

The Zerocal+ PRO uses immersion pump technology which is not damaged in the prolonged absence of descaling liquid.

The ultra-compact dimensions, ergonomic shape and orientable connections make installation quick and easy on both horizontal and elbow pipes.

The Zerocal+ PRO do not require electrical power.

To refill the descaler, it is not necessary to turn off the water; simply unscrew the tank, pour in Zerocal+ DOSE and screw the tank back on.

Each pack includes a free 250 g Zerocal+ DOSE refill.

The water used in water systems contains a certain amount of dissolved calcium and magnesium salts which constitute its hardness.

When water is heated, hardness causes a chemical reaction with the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonate (limestone) and carbon dioxide.

Calcium carbonate precipitates, giving rise to scale on systems and exchangers, while carbon dioxide generates corrosive effects within the system.

It is therefore necessary to treat the water by installing anti-scale and anti-corrosion equipment such as proportional dosers.

The dosage of polyphosphate-based products, in proportion to the passage of water (< 5 ppm), does not alter the drinkability characteristics of the water, keeps the elements soluble that would otherwise precipitate forming encrustations and protects against corrosion phenomena.

The installation, which is very simple, can be carried out upstream of the water system, boilers or water heaters and upstream of washing machines and dishwashers.
