Diesel engines, especially turbocharged ones or those found in commercial vehicles and SUVs, generate much greater thermal and mechanical stress than gasoline engines. Arexons Special Diesel Radiator Fluid (Code 6199) was formulated to meet these demanding requirements, offering protection that goes beyond standard antifreeze.

Cavitation Resistance: The strong vibrations of diesel fuel create vapor bubbles that implode against the metal (cavitation). This fluid contains special additives that counteract this phenomenon, protecting the water pump and cylinder liners.

Technically, it doesn't damage the gasoline engine, but it's a waste and not optimized. This product contains specific additives to combat typical diesel problems (such as cavitation and high vibrations). For gasoline engines, we recommend the standard red or blue Arexons fluids.

Can I mix it with water?

The product is sold as "Ready to Use" to ensure protection down to -35°C. Diluting it with water will raise the freezing point (e.g., to -15°C or -10°C), reducing its effectiveness in cold climates. Use it neat for maximum performance.
