For sealing flat couplings of even complex shapes, with fairly precise surfaces. Recommended for control valves, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, hydraulic power units, flanges in general. Product with low mechanical resistance and high thixotropy, which prevents migration during application. Easy joint disassembly. Does not present the settling phenomena that occur in traditional gaskets, ensuring correct metal/metal contact over time. High resistance and seal to water, gas, oil, fuel, hydraulic and refrigeration fluids, gas, vapors, chemical agents in general. Tested according to ASTM D-1002 and ASTM D-2095 standards. Operating temperature: from -55°C to +150°C. Maximum diametral clearance: 0.3 mm. Storage duration at room temperature: minimum 18 months.

USE

Recommended for hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, hydraulic power units, flanges in general.

USE

The product is suitable for use on metal surfaces.

Clean and degrease surfaces with acetone.

Apply enough product to completely fill the joint.

Assemble as normal and wait for polymerization.

CLASSIFICATION

Product tested according to ASTM Standards: D 1002, D 2095.

WARNINGS

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastics, where stress cracking is possible.
