The Grundfos JP 3-42 S-BBVP is a self-priming, single-stage centrifugal jet pump with axial inlet and radial outlet for easy adaptation to local piping systems. The JP pump is ideal for transferring water from wells or groundwater tanks in a wide variety of installations and has excellent suction capacity.

The JP high-efficiency self-priming pump is designed for long, trouble-free operation. The overall design is robust, with excellent corrosion resistance ensured by the stainless steel pump housing, composite impeller, and electrophoretic paint application. The JP is small and compact, with a lifting handle that makes the pump easy to handle and transport. The compact pump features a built-in ejector with guide vanes. This ensures optimal self-priming properties, with a suction lift of up to 8 meters. The self-priming pump also ensures stable operation, as it can lift liquid from below the inlet level and handle an air-liquid mixture until the pump reaches a fully primed pumping condition.

The JP pump has a built-in thermal protection that immediately shuts down the pump in the event of overheating. The air-cooled motor features oversized, sealed, and greased-for-life ball bearings to ensure quiet operation and minimal maintenance.
