One roll of tape can support up to 120 kg of weight under ideal conditions: bonding flat objects (less than 10 mm thick) to smooth metal surfaces.

Holding force is reduced with objects thicker than 10 mm. Holding force may be reduced if surfaces other than metal are involved. Maximum holding force may also be reduced by high temperatures.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat sources, at temperatures below 30°C.

Throw away in unsorted household waste.

HOW TO USE

The supports must be clean, dry, free from dust and grease (use a solvent such as acetone when necessary).

Application

Apply the tape to the object. Before removing the film, press firmly on the tape to ensure adhesion without creases or air bubbles. Remove the red protective film, position the object to be fixed against the support and press firmly. The initial adhesion of the product is very high, but the best performance is achieved after about 24 hours from application, without stressing the bond and in any case following correct application. To obtain best results, the application temperature must be above +10 °C.

Attention

Best results will be obtained with applications on smooth surfaces and in ideal conditions: bonding flat objects (thickness greater than 10mm) to metal surfaces. The hold is reduced for objects thicker than 10mm. During application, avoid touching the adhesive with your fingers: such contact tends to reduce its adhesive power. Do not apply the tape on PTFE (e.g. Teflon), silicone, wallpaper with vinyl paper backing or risk surfaces. Do not use on surfaces to which an anti-dirt treatment or coating has been applied. Avoid use at temperatures below 10°C. The surfaces must be clean and dry.

Applying the tape may damage delicate surfaces. If in doubt, test the product on an inconspicuous area of the substrate before use.

15cm of tape can hold up to 12kg of weight under ideal conditions: bonding flat objects (thickness greater than 10mm) such as blackboards, letterboxes, license plates, house numbers to metal surfaces.
